Attorney Geoff McFather

Geoff McFather founded McFather Law Firm PLLC to help clients navigate the complexities of estate planning with confidence. A former Navy pilot and seasoned attorney, Geoff’s experience spans multiple industries, giving him a unique perspective on financial and legal planning. He is known for his strategic thinking, patience, and ability to simplify complex legal matters.


A graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, Attorney McFather earned a BS degree in Physical Science. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University’s Graduate School of Business and Finance, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from the Robertson School of Government at Regent University. Most importantly, Geoff earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Regent University School of Law.


In addition to his Estate Planning law practice, Geoff is a retired Navy Commander and Navy Pilot. Further, he has enjoyed professional positions with SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard, and Anthem. His lively and exciting background enables Geoff to understand and appreciate the importance of properly structuring and helping his clients achieve their personal long-term estate planning goals.
